REVIEW OF 4TH TEST Ind vs Eng

 First of all greetings to all our viewers and readers.Cricket has been at his best now a days couple of series are going around and T20 league also.Ireland Vs Zimbabwe,South Africa Vs Sri Lanka,Bangladesh Vs New Zealand and platinum standard test series India Vs England are going on and CPL also.

But we will talk about test series between India and England.
3rd test of this mouth watering series has started and England chosed to bowl 1st after winning the toss and this decision was spot on with overcast conditions.Chris Waokes and Ollie Pope made their way into the side for England,Shardul Thakur and Umesh Yadav were in for India.
That was once again a horrible start for India as they lost their top order in almost 1st hour of the game and they was completely on the backfoot after that there was a mini partnership between Virat Kohli and Ravindra Jadeja who came in at no.5 in batting order but it didn't work.Virat Kohli scored his 2nd fifty of the series but still couldn't convert into a big one and got out on 50 from Ollie Robinson to the keeper as his usual.That was 3rd time he was dismissed by Robinson.Runs couldn't come from Pant and Rahane but the man of moment Shardul Thakur made sure that India should get respectable total on the board,he started to play in T20 style and smashed English bowlers around the park he scored magnificent 57 from just 36 balls including 3 sixes and India finished on 191.Chris Woakes got 4 wickets in his comeback game.
Indian bowlers started well with new ball and Jasprit Bumrah got both openers Burns and Hameed in one over,after that they gave away some easy runs to Root and Malan but in the 2nd last over of the day there was a big twist in the tale as Umesh Yadav bowled Root and game was even at the moment.England finished on 52/3 at the end of Day I.
Day 2 England lost both overnight batsmen early and England was 59/5 but after that Ollie Pope and Jonny Bairstow built a nice partnership and got England back into the game but Siraj got Bairstow and then a nice partnership with Moeen and then Woakes got a superb 50 to get the lead of 99 which was good enough.
There was a big last hour and Indian openers have to show their guts and they didn't disappoint at all they played the last hour beautifully and Burns dropped a sitter of Rohit Sharma.India was 43/0 at the end of the day.
Day 3 started well for India as their openers continued to pile on the runs and they played 1st session really well but Anderson got Rahul at the end of session.
After that Pujara and Rohit built a great partnership and put India into driving seat meanwhile Rohit Sharma got his 1st overseas hundred and that was a good time to get that.

On the other side Chateshwar Pujara also scored his 2nd fifty of the series but Robinson got both set batsmen in 1st over with the new ball and India has to built again Virat and Jadeja survive the last hour and India finished the day on 260/3
Day 4 started well for England because they got Jadeja early and then Rahane went on duck Chris Woakes got both wickets and then Moeen Ali got Virat Kohli just before lunch to hurt more India he scored 44 runs.
Then Rishabh Pant and Shardul Thakur played beautifully and got India back to the game they both scored fifties and gave the lead over 300 and then some useful runs from tail enders also and set a good target of 368.Chris Woakes got 7 wickets in the match for England.
That was a tricky session for English openers but they replied really well on a flatter and slower surface they finished the day on 77/0.We are in for another mouth watering finish on day 5 as India needs 10 wickets and England needs 290 runs in the day.

Day 5 started well for England and they didn't lose a wicket in 1st hour but when Jadeja came things started to change slowly he bowled Hameed with a ripper out of the rough and then India went all over England.Jadeja from one end meant runs were blocked and then they were trying from other end and pressure was building on batsmen and Malan got run out due to this pressure.

Then the spell came from Jasprit Bumrah which can be remember for ages nothing was happening from the pitch and the sun was shining but old fashioned reverse swing came into play and that spell changed the whole dimensions of the game he got 2 wickets of inform Ollie Pope and Jonny Bairstow

and then Jadeja got Moeen and after that man with golden arm Shardul Thakur got huge wicket of Joe Root to finish the all hopes of England.India got 6 wickets in that session and almost seal the game.

Last session just for formality there was no way to hide with new ball and Indian bowlers were fired up and they took those wickets early and finished the game with 30 overs to spare.England was all out on 210 and India won the match by 157 runs. 

This series having many ups and downs and this match also and this was a big mental test for them after that horrible defeat in the last test and that poor show of 78 and they were down in 1st two innings in this match when lead was 99 but they made a huge come back and Rohit was the star and what about Shardul Thakur he got 3 wickets and scored 117 runs in the match which was 2nd highest runs after Rohit.If making a comeback is an art then Indian Cricket Team is Picasso of it. 

I think we are blessed and we are watching this type of test cricket.

England will be thinking that they get more runs in 1st innings if they didn't throw their wickets but this is the game of very little margins and they leaked many runs against tale enders.They are all very good bowlers but they are similar type of bowlers they like to hit the deck and like to swing the ball but when the batsman in attacking mood then they have very less options to attack that's why Thakur punished them.Mark Wood can make into the side if he is available.

So the last remains of this blockbuster series and after that T20 show will be start.
