Finally we are getting some entertainment in this Covid crisis which badly effected the cricket in every way but thanks to the management and players who are making things happen for us.Even the first ODI between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh effected by Covid because two Sri Lankan players tested positive before the game but they decided to go on with the schedule.
Let's talk about the first ODI.
Bangladesh won the toss and batted first which was not looking good decision after powerplay but somehow they build up nicely with the help of Tamim's fifty but soon after mini collapse came in the way where Dhananjya de Silva got 2 wickets in 2 balls but after that Mr dependable Mushfiqur Rahim played really good hands to get a fighting total on the board he scored 84 runs

and on the other hand Mahmudullah also played well for his fifty.what a player Mushfiqur Rahim is he is always there when team needed him he is an asset for Bangladesh side.After his match defining knock and some little cameo from Afif and Saifuddin Bangladesh managed to score 257/6 which was enough at the end.
In the chase Sri Lanka started well especially Gunathilaka was superb with his shots and timing but Mahedi Hassan Miraz came in their way and Sri Lanka collapsed really badly he got 4 wickets .It was looking like match was done and dusted there but Wanindu Hasaranga played special knock to make it little interesting but at the end it was not enough to get over the line.He scored 74 from 60 balls.
