Preview of PSL 2021

 The biggest cricket party is starting in Karachi from 20th February.The good news is govt. of Pakistan has allowed 20% crowed in stadium with this news players also will be relax.

Let's talk about the squads of teams.

Islamabad United 

Two time champions has done a good job in the PSL overall but last time they could not reach into playoffs.That was a big setback for them but this time they are looking well equiped because they have really good local players.This is secret of their success and they also got Hassan Ali in their side so this is team you can watch out.

Multan Sultans

Multan Sultans made late entry into the PSL they were dull in first two seasons but last year they changed the whole complactions and they were on the top in group stages.But after that Covid break their momentum was disturbed and they could not make into the final.This year they laso added Lynn and Rizwan as their new captain so this team also looking threatning as well because they have good combination of seniors and new players.So watch out for this team as well.
Multan Sultans 

Karachi Kings 

Defending Champions were having a really good side because of Babar And Amir then Hales and Walton were the stars in their campain and more important Professor Deano was in their dug out that could a big loss for their side but they have also got a good side this year as well Ingram is back to Kings and Nabi also there and they have good local players as well.So this is a good side as well.

Quetta Gadiators 

This team don't depends on big names because they have passion and energy in players and in dug out as well but this year their mentor Sir Vivian Richards will not be available this is a big loss for them.They are one time winner but last year they also could not make into playoffs otherwise they are really consistant side like Islamabad and Peshawar.But this year they have gone for big names Like Gayle,Steyn and Banton and all of them have not made a mark in PSL so for so this is going to be a big test for Quetta and these players as well.The team core has been same in this year as well.

Peshawar Zalmi

One of the most consistant team in PSL so far and one time winner of PSL was not at their best in last season but still made into the playoffs and lost against Qalandars.In this year they are having new captain Wahab Riaz.They have dropped Hassan Ali and Darren Sammy now as mentor of their side Miller will be available for last stage.Miller and Pollard can be distructive pair in the death but they have to play really good cricket to make it into playoffs.

The base of the team is not much changed.

Lahore Qalandars

The team with probably most fan following in the country they have qualified first time for playoffs and played the final as well.They always got big names in their side but not luck.In last year they played good cricket especially in last match where Lynn got hundred and Zaman got fifty.But this year Lynn is not with them but they have Rashid,Shaheen and Hafeez as well.They have got a good side but they need to show the consistency in their performance.David Wiese was the hero last year to me he could be impact player this year as well.Let's see what happens.
