Hello and a warm welcome to all of our readers and viewers we will talk about the New Zealand and England tours of Pakistan.
The last week has been really harsh on Pakistani cricket and Pakistani fans because New Zealand came here and they called off the tour just before one hour from starting a match and that was a big shock to everyone who likes cricket all over the world because cricket teams were visiting from last 2 years or so and the matches of Pakistan Super League were played there. Conditions were normal but the Chief of New Zealand cricket David White told that some players received the death threats and that's why they canceled the tour.
After that, all eyes were on ECB because they have to tour Pakistan for 2 T20 matches but as expected they also called off by saying that they can't put pressure on players as they already having mental issues due to Covid.
So that's what 2 Big International Sides have done to Pakistan despite their all good relationship they didn't stand with Pakistan in a crunch situation. Last year Pakistan toured England and New Zealand in a worse situation of Covid and saved them from heavy financial loss but they didn't reply positively.
Now the anger and frustrations in Pakistan are really high because all the hard work has gone in vain in last week and Pakistan has to watch his interest and need to build a brand of his own. They need to start things from zero once again and everybody has to play his role in this situation the players, the fans and the higher authorities.
1st of all we should back our players to play fearless and most importantly professional cricket and need to show the world that we are having our own brand but this will not be easy because the system is really poor a bitter truth. Everyone has his own interests that's why the world doesn't give us the respect which we deserve. If a talented player gets a chance to play for his country then he involves in match fixing,if a selector gets a job he selects his own relatives and if the chairman gets a seat he destroys the whole system and nobody can speak.
We have to watch India for example because they build their own stars and players Chateshwar Pujara a test cricketer everyone knows but CSK has selected him in his side but on the other side, Younus Khan the best ever test cricketer for Pakistan couldn't select in any team in 2016 PSL edition.
It means we don't give value to our own stars than how we can expect the world will give respect to our stars. Their players don't play any league in the world but every cricketer wants to play the IPL because of the stardom it has. The prime example in nowadays everyone compares Babar Azam with Virat Kohli I don't know why we should appreciate him and should say that he is 1st Babar Azam, not 2nd Virat Kohli he doesn't need any comparison with any player.
Cricketers also have to play the best of their cricket to compete in the world and need to give a strong message on the ground and fans need to back them.
