Finaly Pakistan's tour of South Africa has finished and it has finished in some style for Pakistan.They won the Odi series by 2-1 and T20 series by 3-1 that is some achievement for Pakistan let's do some analysis on this series.
South Africa batted first in the last match they started well but they tumbled towards the end of the innings and scored just 144 with the help of Rassie vd Dussan's fifty

from Pakistan Faheem Ashraf picked up 3 wickets when it matters the most with economy under 6 and Hassan also picked three wickets as well.
In the chase Pakistan lost Rizwan early he went on the duck but partnership between Babar and Fakher was splendid and Pakistan got the in pocket almost but after Fakher's wicket Pakistan's middle order collapse really badly Asif,Haider,Hafeez and Faheem went cheaply and almost made a mess of straight forwad chase but thanks to Nawaz ho got them over the line.South Africa also wasn't clinical towards the end.
Pakistan's achievement
They won the 2nd Odi series in South Africa and they won T20 series as well.Pakistan's top order players were all over them they achieved their best rankings especially Babar became no.1

in Odis and Fakher was great in both formats if you have read my first blog i have written that Fakher could be the main man for Pakistan and at the end of tour you can see the results.

In my concerns Pakistan's middle order was very dissapointed they collapsed every time when they should have on the top espcially Haider and Asif were not upto the mark Pakistan almost tried everyone as a finisher who was good in domestic circut but no one could fulfill.That is a big concern and in bowling department Pakistan struggled with spinners and sometimes with fast bowlers as well the place for spinner still is wide open.Pakistan's still has to answers a lot of questions after that series win as well.
South Africa's achievement
In the absence of their key players they slightly have done a reasonable job.They were playing without 7 key players but their batsmen done a decent job especially Markram and Klaasen were superb with the bat they also struggled with their bowling and fielding as well.When they played well they played really well but they played bad they played worst but over all they could proud of what they have done with their available resources.
