T20 series between Australia and New Zeland has finished yesterday with the win of New Zeland and lost another T20 series.What is going on with Australia in T20s they have lost their last three series one home series and two away series.

New Zeland has been superb in their home conditions they lost 5-0 against India but after that they have played some serious cricket in T20s last series against Pakistan they won that 2-1 and now against Aussies they won with 3-2 in home conditions. Australia came there with young side of Bbl performers but they could not get over the line their captain Aaron Finch was completely down in first three T20 but he got runs in fourth match and they won it quite comprehensively series was level at 2-2.
But in the fnal match Blackcaps completely dominated against Aussies with the help of bowlers and some great batting by Martin Guptill.

Australia has not been in serious mood in T20 cricket they are always making changes in their side after every game and they don't have T20 specialists that' could be reason for their downfall in T20 and that's why they have not won T20 World Cup yet.They need to be spot on this time because T20 world cup is not far away and it will be in India so their players playing IPL for years like Warner,Smith,Maxwell,Cummins and many others so they have the experience of those conditions that could be helpful for them.But they need to show little bit more comitment in T20s as well.As we know Australia is very keen to take the decisions and they took it after every calculation but they need to be more satisfied with captaincy because we have seen that they are changing their captain also after every match which is not a good thing they are all good but captain need to be clear about his role and plan.
